Universal Teller
Key Responsibilities:
Cash Transactions: Must Follow SBP (State Bank of Pakistan) guidelines when handling the receipt and payment of cash over the counter.
Transaction Processing: clearing utility bills, money transfers, RTGS, and managing banker’s checks—both issuing and canceling.
Account Management: Opening accounts in the system in accordance with the AML/CFT policy and reactivating inactive accounts in accordance with internal SOP requirements.
Record Keeping: upholding standard operating protocols (SOP) by updating reports, keeping records, and maintaining all files.
Support Role: Helping with the day-to-day branch operations tasks assigned to the Branch Operations Manager.
